Saladworks - Morgantown

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen. I worked for 15 years in food service and sales, and I can't believe how I was treated. Our order was missing a few sandwiches so we were called and said they couldn't help us and stop asking? Delayed questions?. It's sad because I've come here all the time?

Would rate zero stars if I could. Ordered online, they only gave us like half of our order and charged us for the full amount. Wouldn?t refund us for the items that they left out. Honestly one of the craziest experiences that I?ve had with any business. Manager cursed at us and gave no way to resolve the issue. In my eyes, this is theft and nobody should go to this terrible business. HORRENDOUS!

I was staying at the nearby hotel, and went looking for dinner, and happened upon Saladworks. First off, I was greeted when I arrived and made very welcome. The staff made me feel like I was family. Second, the food is awesome! I had the Smoky BBQ Crispy Chicken salad with ranch dressing, which was very fresh and tasty. The salad?s flavors were amazing to begin with but paired with the Chicken Poblano soup, it was out of this world (I had asked the person serving the restaurant for the recommendation, which was spot on). I had an awesome meal at a great price, and I would recommend this Saladworks to anyone!

I go to salad works often and the salad I had today was not good. I always get the Asian crispy chicken salad and the one I got today was horrible. The chicken is clearly old and mushy like it?s been sitting in water all day. Tastes like dog food. 10$ salad I get it?s not going to look exactly like the photos online but again I?ve had the salad before and it?s never been this bad.

Excellent food, I got the pesto chicken salad with pasta! There was a mistake on my order, but they made it right. Definitely will be back.
