We've been coming here for years! The staff is consistently polite and knowledgeable about all the menu options available. The ingredients are always fresh and tasty. We eagerly anticipate the seasonal changes to the menu. By the way, the soups and the new fruit smoothie selection are fantastic as well!

We decided to call and see if they could make things right. Unfortunately, we spoke with an employee named Jackson (or at least that’s the name she gave us), who returned our call after we asked for assistance. I explained that a 30-minute drive wasn’t feasible twice within a short time, so returning was not an option for us. Instead of trying to find a solution, she seemed unhelpful. We also had another issue where items were missing from our order, and when we called to address it, our call was abruptly cut off. I genuinely don’t understand how a restaurant with such a reputation can have employees who are so uninformed and unhelpful. We ordered from them 2-3 times a week, but after this experience, we will not be returning. They really need to reevaluate their staff. And Jackson, if you happen to read this, maybe consider delivering pizza—clearly, the sandwich business isn’t your strong suit.

I’ve ordered from this place twice, and they’ve consistently messed up my order. The management is unprofessional and defensive when it comes to correcting their mistakes. The food is decent, but it barely deserves the one star I'm forced to give. I recommend going to Primanti Bros next door instead.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen. I worked for 15 years in food service and sales, and I can't believe how I was treated. Our order was missing a few sandwiches so we were called and said they couldn't help us and stop asking? Delayed questions?. It's sad because I've come here all the time?

Would rate zero stars if I could. Ordered online, they only gave us like half of our order and charged us for the full amount. Wouldn?t refund us for the items that they left out. Honestly one of the craziest experiences that I?ve had with any business. Manager cursed at us and gave no way to resolve the issue. In my eyes, this is theft and nobody should go to this terrible business. HORRENDOUS!
