Bidra med feedbackThis burger king has had problems since its opening. Staffing issues, long waits for food. At this visit, there were only 2 people behind the counter, one appeared to be in charge, and appeared to be injured as she was in pain limping around.....maybe she shouldnt have been at work that day! She became short tempered and started to scold the waiting customers at the counter, AND the drive through for lack of patience. I went to the counter to ask a question about the soda machine, before I could even ask the question, she started yelling at me.A friend of hers came in after 3 other people, and received his order immediately.The lady putting together the sandwiches was extremely slow new maybe? She should not have been alone.I am shocked that location is still open. I don't go there often, but each time has been an unpleasant experience.... this was the worst!
Horrible customer service and store always smells…very slow and unprofessional.
The gentlemen at the drive thru was super nice and professional (middle eastern gentlemen- didn’t get his name). Probably the best fast food experience I’ve ever had. Food was actually really good and not a complete mess when opening the paper. I was impressed.
Just tried to get into the store and the dining room door is locked. Workers were looking at us and others trying to get in. They ran away and hid.
Abysmal. We placed a lunch order at 10:40 for dine-in. At 10:57, we noticed two bags sitting behind the counter. They had not called our names. During those 17 minutes we heard cursing, slamming, and a lot of yelling from the kitchen, even hearing some choice words about our orders specifically. We were the only customers inside, nobody at the drive-through.When we approached the counter, after sitting in the lobby for half an hour (it took 10 minutes to order because of issues with the BK app), one of two employees gruffly asked if he can help us. When we explained that the orders just sitting there were ours and supposed to be for dine-in, not take-out, he claimed he didn't see us and grumpily tossed our orders onto the counter so we could take them, the entire time grumbling and mouthing off.We sit back down, and the one male employee starts talking (about us) to the female employee, and then they both proceed to stare at us while we eat. We hear the male employee scream the f word when the drive through buzzer went off, as he was walking to the front door. We finish our food, clean up, and go to leave while the kitchen continues to yell, curse, and stare at us.When we get to the door (we are INSIDE), we find it to be locked. Apparently, the guy decided to lock us inside the store without saying anything. When he saw us leaving he ran out to follow us out, staring the entire time, and then locked the door behind us after standing with the door open staring at us get in our car.Hands down the wildest, and worst experience I have ever had at a fast food place. Avoid at all costs, this place gets a -2/10Parking: Parking is easy because this place is always deserted. Somehow, even with no customers, they still suck at getting their jobs done.Kid-friendliness: Don't bring your kids here, it's a screaming and cursing match between the employees.Wheelchair accessibility: When the doors aren't locked, accessibility is not an issue. You also never have to worry about a crowd, as this place is always deserted and sad.
