Auberge De Berolle - Morges

From the outside, the Auberge de Bérolle is unbelievable. However, if you see the choices made at home eating, the incomprehensible aspect of the place is meaningless. And wait until the food arrives and you taste it, you will melt with pleasure. I had the day menu: Wild Boar Roastbeef followed by an amazing trout, Ja Trout, hamburger and for pudding home made ice cream with a touch of Grand Marnier! This place is for anyone visiting the region.

I found the service very friendly and accommodating. We decided to come in a last moment and their kitchen was open far beyond the typical Swiss time, which was relaxed not to emphasize by our meal. The food came fast and was very good. The menu is on chalkboard that shows that it changes regularly, depending on the availability that I find, is always a nice touch. The food was presented very nicely and the balance of taste was well made. Good recommendation!

Informal restaurant in the way to the Valle des Joux. The presentation of each record is a surprise, unexpected and we are appreciated! The meat is special, really suggested for a nice lunch!

Une carte attrayante, pas surchargée et un lieu calme nous a attiré jusqu’à l’Auberge de Berolle. Nourriture délicieuse et bien servie, service sans chichis mais efficace et sympathique. Bref une agréable soirée et une très probable nouvelle visite prochainement.

Après un accueil chaleureux d'Aline patronne des lieux, nous avons pu choisir dans une carte claire et dépouillée un choix de mets de qualité. Nous avons opté pour une souris d'agneau et filets de perche du lac (Léman) accompgné d'un Œil de Perdrix. Plats soignés par le chef (Andrew) et servi généreusement. Nous avons continué par les douceurs, café gourmand et tarte au citron (sublime). Merci pour votre chaleureux accueil et au plaisir de vous revoir bientôt.
