Bidra med feedbackI'm honest, I didn't hear from this place. I didn't even know there was a city called Morris in CT. I tried to get a table for Valentine's Day by being booked, so I thought, Feb 13 only works a well and got a dinner of 7:00. Beginning with the valet and coat test at the gate, the service was very professional, which was a sound for the rest of the night. We both chose the 3 course-prix-fixed menu for $99 each. The Octopus starter and Lamb pasta entree were outstanding. You also have a comprehensive wine list, but the choice is limited when you order through the glass. Between each course, the chef sent us free snacks, which were well paired with the meal. After dessert we spent a few minutes hanging around the building and admired the restored historic house. Overall a very good experience for special occasions.
The food was delicious. I dare to say that this was probably one of the best meals I have eaten in my many years in this world. Chef in the restaurants were so friendly, they even met me personally.
Top 3 dinners so far, easy. Gated entrance, wait Valet and coat check, with a guide to our table. In a beautiful old house, very faithfully restored. Warm ambience of several wooden fireplaces, with a similarly warm and friendly staff. The food prepared by Chef Chris Eddy was wonderfully plated and tasted even better than it looked. The deserts, by pastry chief Jim Hutchinson, were a great accountant for our experience in Winvian Farm.
Delicious! I had to get something the next day and to go!. The sauces and creams and detail to fine dining appreciated ALL of it so much! The waiter made suggestions and we ordered multiples. I will visit again and again.
The staff is incredibly nice, the food is good, and the price is right! The place is well kept and the staff members are always super friendly. Fast food Mexican... burritos are filling and good.
