Aji Sushi Japanese Fusion

It appears to be closed. Good riddance! I'm not sure if the closure is temporary or permanent, but it definitely looks shut down.

It appears that this restaurant is permanently closed. I visited about three weeks ago, and the doors were locked. As of today, it remains closed, with no signs or information on the front door. It's as if they just vanished!

The sushi was incredibly fresh, and the miso soup was excellent! I had a sudden craving for sushi and miso soup on a Sunday evening, and Aji Sushi truly satisfied that craving! I ordered the salmon roll, which was fresh, slightly sweet, and had a delightful texture—both firm and soft. It was one of the tastiest and freshest rolls I've ever had! The eel avocado roll was also enjoyable and fresh, although it had a bit less eel than I expected and a bit more avocado (which was also very fresh). The miso soup was delicious, with a flavor profile leaning slightly toward sweet rather than salty, making it perfectly savory. The selection of kitchen/hot foods was limited on Sunday evening, with only tempura options available. I’ll definitely need to return another time to try their katsu dishes. Overall, it’s a fantastic local choice for quality sushi!

We really enjoy dining out, and last night we had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful restaurant that our friends recommended. We had a delightful evening featuring exquisite dishes, attentive staff, and an impressive atmosphere. We’ve added this place to our list and will definitely be returning soon. We highly recommend it!
