The daytime staff is great, but the night crew has consistently been putting hazelnut syrup in my matcha lattes instead of blueberry. I really don't understand how this keeps happening, and it's frustrating to spend $5 on a drink that I end up tossing because it tastes awful. Overall, I would rate the food a 2, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 3.

The coffee was disappointing—it tasted incredibly weak and resembled dirty dishwater in appearance, with far too much milk. The croissant sandwich was both small and soggy. Overall, this Dunkin' Donuts experience was quite unsatisfactory.

I understand this might not be a big deal for locals, but as someone from Texas who's seen numerous Dunkin' locations popping up (my husband insists they're not the real Dunkin' Donuts), I felt compelled to share my experience! I ordered a signature latte, which was delicious! I also tried the snackin' bacon. At the Dunkin' locations near me, the bacon has always been stuck together and not fully cooked, but the order I received here was perfectly separated and tasty! It's disappointing to see such poor quality at the Dunkin' spots around my area. Even though there was a long line when we arrived, the associate at the register was doing an excellent job getting everyone's orders out quickly!
