Taco Bell - MORROW

Went through the drive thru to order and I gave the lady on the speaker my order. When I pull up to the window to pay I give the lady my card and pay for my food. She then gives me my drink which was a Mountain Dew. The drink is completely flat when I tasted it. So she says what flavor would you like? I think told her a Pepsi instead.I think proceeded to give her the Mountain Dew back which was flat and she said she couldn’t take it back? I said what do you mean? It’s flat and I don’t want it. She says that she can’t take back anything that goes out the window. I said so you can’t throw this drink away? Then she gets an attitude and throws it away. I get my food and start driving down the road and my Pepsi was flat too! I’m paying for a meal and if the machines aren’t working properly why sell sodas? My meal is also not fresh at all. My 2 chalupas are old tasting and my cheesy roll ups were cold! I was the only person in line. Customers like hot food and sodas that are carbonated!

Great and friendly staff. Very clean store all the time. Very close to the Community and treats you like family. Ms. Regina night shift manager is the sweetest lady. She is the reason I always return time after time for 18 years me and the family are loyal customers.. Taco bell.is very lucky to have her represent them in such a great way. She is a gem indeed.. come visit this location and get the best service fast food has to offer.. ???

How is this Taco Bell but don’t have soft tacos or y’all just be lying smh
