Bidra med feedbackThis location always seems to have issues. Every time I go, something is out of order, and I often find myself waiting to be called to the second drive-thru window for my food. Which fast food chain does that? I should be able to pay at one window and then move directly to the next to pick up my order. It’s frustrating and feels unprofessional at the same time.
To make matters worse, the staff members in the evening have a bad attitude and treat customers as if they're an inconvenience. Their drive-thru process is inefficient as well. They make you wait at the pay window until someone calls you to the pick-up window, causing lengthy delays because they prefer to wait until the food is ready before moving you along. This manipulates their drive-thru wait times and leads to a slow experience overall. In summary, they refuse to accept credit cards in the evening, have rude employees, and their inefficient system results in unreasonably long wait times. They could definitely improve if they wanted to, but this is the choice they’re making. I sincerely hope the manager of this location takes steps to coach their evening staff, and if not, I hope corporate addresses this issue, as it could significantly impact their business at a time when local economic growth is crucial.
The food I had was good, but the staff's attitude left much to be desired. When I went to pay, no one greeted me, and when I asked for an extra sour cream, the two women serving food and drinks acted as if I were asking for money. I only needed one additional sour cream. Perhaps they were having a tough day or were overwhelmed, but they should consider adjusting their attitudes. After all, someone else might be having an even worse day. A simple request could be handled with less stress if approached with a more positive attitude. I would give the cooks who prepared my baked potato and burger five stars, but these staff members could benefit from some attitude training.
Nearly every time we visit, our order is incomplete or wrong. Most recently I received a chicken biscuit that was not fully cooked. It is the most convenient fast food to my home, but we will not be back.
Last night was our first time we went to this restaurant. But It is definitely not the last. We had great time with the good service, with the high quality food and wine and with the comfortable cost. We will no doubt visit there again.
