A&w - Moscow

The employee who welcomed us appeared to be unsure of what he was supposed to do. Before processing our order, he had to repeatedly leave to fetch items he had forgotten for our table. When he finally took our orders, he spoke so quickly that we barely had time to express what we wanted. He hurried my brother along, not allowing him a chance to consider any other options before announcing the cost. While we were waiting for our meals, there was a lot of shouting and laughing in the background. I appreciate a lively work environment, but it seemed like the staff was distracted. This distraction was evident when the same table that he had forgotten items for received the wrong sandwich. Our fries were overly salted, and the barbecue burger my brother ordered was missing the sauce. Overall, we were very disappointed with this experience!

That they honor Veterans. A W for the win again 6.22.23 The staff clearly like their job . Happy employees, happy place, thank you for the nice atmosphere. With this menu, you can find something here to enjoy. The food was so fresh and tasty, I 'll be back for sure. The place has updated their booths/tables and they are very comfy. There is outside seating. They have a drive thru, too. And they have high chairs.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They ran out of food and also served me the wrong items. One of the staff members was busy sweeping and mopping instead of cleaning the dirty tables. It seemed like there was a lack of managerial skills. Overall, it was a frustrating visit.

The customer service could use some improvement; a friendlier attitude would be appreciated instead of rudeness. However, the food and shakes are excellent!

The A&W part of the restaurant is decent. Pretty standard A&W food. Though their food might be a little higher priced for the quality you get compared to other fast food places. The gas station part of this place is incredibly overpriced with most things being minimum $1-3 more than any other convenience store in town.
