Fantastic decor and atmosphere. Compliments stop there. My coffee was unapologetically burnt, they forgot my side dish, were woefully slow at 2pm, counters were unkempt, and I overheard the staff mocking another patron for his accent. I'm sure there was a great vision for this establishment, no there is no care nor training for current employees to carry that vision. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
