Sonic Drive-in - Moscow

The service was incredibly friendly and quick. I thoroughly enjoyed the amazing food. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We traveled from Boise to Coeur d'Alene to visit Silverwood Theme Park, and my son mentioned he was hungry for a burger. Unsure of where to go, we spotted Sonic and decided to stop, even though I'm not usually a big fan. However, we were both pleasantly surprised by the burgers we ordered. We visited on August 13, 2023, around 11:30 a.m., and I have to say, our burgers were absolutely phenomenal—definitely the best experience I've had at Sonic! A big thank you to the wonderful staff!

The cheeseburgers were the best I've ever had in my life. The fries were decent, but they were a bit cold. The onion rings and mozzarella sticks were tasty, but I had issues getting sauce; twice I asked for some and didn’t receive any for my fries, onion rings, or mozzarella sticks. Aside from that, everything was great, and the staff was very friendly.

I keep giving this place chances hoping something will change, but nothing does. There’s an issue almost every time I order, whether it be the speed of service or a lack of regard for my order. Bits of fruit in non-fruit shakes, blasts with little-to-no topping, half-sauced wings, or my personal favorite: marking the order as done at the stall then taking another 10 minutes to bring it out, probably to bring down service times. Love Sonic, but this location is a no-go.

Food isn’t bad. We swing by when we drive thru moscow. Spent $19 on a meal and the dude tried to upcharge us for buffalo sauce when we forgot it and asked before we drove off. LOL. say whaaat!?
