Little Caesars - Moses Lake

The food was good overall. The phone needs a fix. It's hard to hear the people when we ordered. That was the only part that was frustrating. We ordered one pizza, but when we came to pick it up, three pizzas were waiting for us. Ended up paying for three. I mean, I don't t mind three, but that wasn't the plan.

Placed an online order for ONE pizza. Waited for about an hr.

Made a phone order for pick up to be ready in 35 minutes upon arrival nothing was done . I was told a 60 pizza order came in unexpectedly????? I requested a refund! Poor customer service for sure!!!

Not very friendly, very confusing if you've never been there before.

Walked in today to order something and the workers were just in back while I was waiting for my order to be takin and just walked out . Never going there
