Taco Shop - Moses Lake

Food was super hot after microwaving for 3+ minutes. Cooks using same pair of gloves over and over and adjusting glasses and continuing to make food and scoop rice out of a cold container to microwave. Not much flavor in anything, 2 tiny tortillas for a huge plate of food. .50 for one extra corn tortilla? Soda was 3/4 full of just ice. Got a couple drinks out of that $3+ cup of ice. I mean. Soda Burritos are literally frozen burrito charging $4+ per burrito just to have a lil lettuce on top. This is the weirdest taco shop I have ever been to. Staff was friendly. Food was flavorless and overpriced

As for parking, it's conveniently located right in front of the aquatic center, which has a large parking lot. I've rarely had trouble finding a spot, even when the aquatic center is packed, even on those scorching 110° days.

The quality and flavor of the food were disappointing, especially considering the price per plate; perhaps that's what they mean by Texas-style Mexican food compared to a more authentic experience. The burritos and tacos we tried reminded me of a typical American family taco night. While they were decent, they lacked that special touch that would entice me to return. The kitchen appeared to be well-managed but unfortunately looked a bit worn down. I wouldn't have safety concerns, but it definitely needs some updates and renovations to enhance its appeal. On a positive note, it’s close to a small park where my child could run around, though that doesn’t really relate to the restaurant itself.

My favorite casual dining in ML. My favorite burritos and enchiladas. Staff and owner are great. They have casual American food too.
