The place is located a stone 's throw from Piazza Garibaldi so its location is very convenient, but the place inside is small and in fact without a reservation it is hard to find a place. The strength of this restaurant is the all you can eat, the menu is not so rich and if you want to avoid raw fish there are very few choices of sushi , the service is really slow and the staff is not Italian, since the people in the table next to ours had a very high tone of voice and after kindly asking the waiter to tell the table next to us to lower the tone of voice a little, nothing has changed... In Sondrio I honestly found better restaurants that serve Japanese and Chinese cuisine.
