Bidra med feedbackI was browsing for peach pies in the bakery and only found one. I stood at the counter between the bakery and the deli, where two employees were present. Neither of them was assisting any customers; they both glanced at me, and one started slicing lunch meat while the other focused on cleaning the slicers. After waiting for five minutes, I spoke up and said, "Excuse me." In a very rude and abrasive tone, one of them responded, "WHAT?" instead of asking how they could help. I inquired if one of them could check the freezer for more pies. One of them hastily and rudely replied.
They offer everything I need at fantastic prices! The staff is incredibly helpful, so don't hesitate to ask them any questions about their products or if they have anything in the back for you.
I visited the restaurant on Friday night, April 3rd, around 8:45 PM. There was a sign on the door indicating that they would be open until 9:00 PM. My daughter needed baby formula, but we were informed that she wasn't allowed to enter. As we started to leave, we decided it was unfair since it wasn't yet 9:00. We requested to speak with a manager, who explained that they needed to close by shortly after 9:00, which is why they were no longer allowing customers inside. We suggested that the sign should indicate a closing time of 8:00 or 8:30 instead of 9:00 PM. This situation is particularly frustrating because we had called ahead to confirm they were open so my daughter could get the formula. If we hadn't been insistent, we might not have gotten what we needed. While waiting for the manager, I noticed several other people being turned away before it was actually 9:00 PM. It left me shaking my head in disbelief.
This review is only regarding the flower shop inside Kroger. I ordered my daughter's Homecoming corsage with the matching boutonnière to be picked up 9/30/17. I had placed the order the first week of September. Over the course of the following three weeks, a woman from Kroger called me three separate times to confirm the order, each time telling me that she didn't have anything written down as far as color, type of flower, etc. Anxious as to how the flowers were going to turn out, my daughter and I picked them up the morning of Homecoming. When we first saw them, the corsage was pretty, but not Homecoming fancy. It was plain other than the purple wristband and purple ribbon. The boutonnière was a simple white carnation and a stick pin. No color at all. I asked if she could put some kind of purple in it, and she simply put purple glitter on the flower and handed it back to me. I was not impressed at all. The flowers were starting to turn brown at the edges and there really was nothing fancy about it. For $24 I suppose you get what you pay for. I will not be ordering any more flowers from Kroger. Next year, I'll just go to a florist.
