I had to wait a few minutes from a meal to taste almost how a chicken freezer burn, except that I think this is okay

Really like new chicken sandwiches there. Don't try to get it for dinner, though they want, they told me to call it in advance so that they have thawed it....

Ms. Peggy (Counter Staff) is so friendly, clean and hospitable. You and the other team members all made us feel like we were their guest in their house. Ms. Peggy even took the time to answer questions about the community/sight-seeing etc. And the food was fantastic. Wonderful experience!!! (Thanks to Rev. Dr. Goodwine, Jr.

Good biscuits and great extra crispy chicken very good service. I will be glad when they open the buffet up again.

If I could give no stars, I would. Worst KFC I have ever been to.. Not from the area and ordered online for a quick dinner to bring back to the family. Doors were locked with no warning online and no signs on doors. Called the place to see if we could have a team member bring us our pick-up order to the door since the drive-thru had over 16 cars waiting. Team-member laughed and then hung-up. We waited in the drive-thru for 37 minutes. Food was soggy from the build-up of condensation from sitting for so long. Ordered two drinks, out of cups and tasted bitter from no syrup, had limited sauces, and went home with cold, wet food. Customer service was HORRIBLE. Will never recommend.
