Subway - Mount Carmel

I am a regular at this subway and usually the service is great but this time it was terrible the manager took off for a meeting and the help had left earlier and they had left a boy working there alone he said he had only been working there not even a week and well even though he was polite hes a talker there was a line of people and yet he continued in conversation not only that but I get the same thing everytime and he asked me 3 times if I wanted a drink and chips with my sandwich I said no 3 times yet he still rung me up for a drink and chips as well told me he did and charged me for that I told him I knew exactly what my sandwich costed he said he couldn't change it I had givin him a 20 he didn't give me all my money that he should of gave me back and kept the rest and did not give me my drink or chips he had rung me up for but yet he took my money...they need to really get it together I have worked at 2 subways myself and this was more or less a mistake on the managers part for leaving someone alone that had even been there not even a week...thanks for the vent but I'm not sure if I will be back to that one...

Absolutely amazing food!! Phenomenal service quick and sweet workers Kid-friendliness: Super sweet to kids and interactive with them making their sandwiches. Absolutely amazing with kids.
