Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mount Dora

The quality had significantly gone down at this location. Ordered two bowls today giving it one more chance. Our lettuce was brown with rotten parts so we had to scrape all that off and I barely had any meat. I Ordered through the app so it was about $28 for our two bowls. Its almost like they give us the stuff that falls on the ground since I can't watch them put it together. Not worth it and after 3 times in a row having poor quality food in done with this place and the 1 star is warranted. Update 1/7/24. This store still has issues and my first post was from 2 years ago!! Ordered through app, door dasher contacts me saying my order wasn't received at the store and she was waiting 45 minutes. You can't speak to anybody so I used pepper. Pepper connected me to a live agent then they told me to contact doordash. Doordash said they need to contact Chipotle since it was through their app. They could not get through, but they were able to cancel the order. Poor door dasher at this point lost about an hour of money because of this store. I'll be contacting corporate and possibly filing these issues with the BBB as there is a systemic issue with this location.

Love this Chipotle in Mt Dora. Great food and service with a smile. Makes me happy! Just wish they had more parking for this busy location. ?

Placed a togo ot was not ready on time. As I arrived, there was no white rice. As I say down to eat the food had no salt. Very dissatisfied

I love chipotles food but their online service leaves a lot to be desired. I order online so that I can get in and get out quickly due to health concerns. When placing my order I am allowed to pick the time I want my order to be ready and it is never ready when they say it will be. I’ve had to wait as long as 40 minutes for my food while they served people who came in long after I came in for my pick up. I ended up being at the restaurant longer than if I had just gone through the line myself. When I questioned the girl about why people were being served that came in after my order was due she said that’s just how we do things. I understand that they can get busy and behind But this happens every time I place an online order. Why assign a specified time to pick up an order if they’re not even going to try to honor it.
