Great coffee. Ok m/good service (didn't know how to punch in MILK for my coffee instead of cream). But did get my coffee fast. So pretty fast service (inside). Service: 3

I went through drive through. I was in the outer lane. orders where being taken in the inside lane. cars where pulling away from the outer lane. finally, a lady came on and took my order. when I got to the window to pay, they did not have my order. your employees need to greet customers more politely. most of your employees are young. now is the time to train them to speak to customers the proper way.
