Bidra med feedbackWe were traveling through Tennessee and wanted to stop at a Nashville BBQ place and this was on the way (with a slight detour) to our destination. The BBQ sauce is really thin (a bit watery) but very flavorful and delicious. Their brisket is probably some of the best I've ever had. I enjoyed the ribs. Their mac and cheese was top notch and the cornbread hoecakes were fantastic dipped in their sauce. Their chips were made there and seasoned wonderfully. Service was great too! We all loved this place.
Unique and delicious! This Kansas City girl had her head turned by some whole hog Tennessee pulled pork. The cornbread cake was savory and almost crispy. So much character to this place and friendliest staff!
We visited the Mt. Juliet location. The dry ribs were absolutely perfect! Catfish was good too but my second piece of fish was tiny. The hush puppies were my favorite side. Macaroni, potato salad, baked beans were okay. The service was great. We didn't try dessert.
Nice BBQ place. We came at about 6pmish. This place is highly recommended, but I like to be the judge for myself so I went in with no expectations. I came with my wife and family visiting from Canada. I had the pulled pork as they unfortunately were out of the ribs when I visited (very sad about that). I found the pulled pork very tender, but it could use some seasoning. I used the BBQ sauce provided. To be honest, I think this is the first time I have had vinegar based BBQ sauce. It added a nice tangy flavor to the pork, but is it supposed to be very runny? It is possible that I am just used to the thicker based BBQ sauce (which I think I may have preferred). Again though, the sauce was not bad, just new to me. The Baked Beans was the star of this dish though
Husband and I were visiting from FL. We enjoyed the food and sauces! We ordered takeout: brisket, pulled pork, mac n cheese, green beans, fries. I waited in the curbside pickup spot but ended up going inside to get the food, it seemed like there was a slight delay even though they didn’t seem super busy. Would’ve been amazing if they offered garlic bread!
