Moe's Southwest Grill - Mount Juliet

The teenagers working herehave a major attitude problem. Charged me for queso then didn’t even put it in my bag. Rice was so hard it could break my tooth. Overpriced for subpar food.

Management left this place long ago. From the moment you enter, the menu on the wall lists foods without descriptions or prices adjacent to the item you 'd like to order. The ambiant music comes through worn out speakers. The fan above the grill is as loud as a jet engine just being turned on. Serving sizes vary depending on which person is preparing your meal. The folks preparing your meal don 't seem to be able to ask like for here or to go or answer any of your questions about what the items are that you can add to the meal. Just a sad eating experience when I was there. I feel sorry for the workers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The ladies making our food never changed their gloves, after staying on their phones the whole time as well as touching their face and hair constantly. Rolled burritos and served food… Disgusting.

Genuinely friendly staff, clean restaurant, delicious food and excellent customer service. The young tiger was doing a fantastic and intelligent job making food, she answered my questions quickly, made a perfect burrito and anticipated my requests.

Came to get Moe’s and I looked online and it said they were open but apparently they have special hours that don’t reflect the times they are open. It’s super disappointing. Moe’s headquarters should look into this.
