O'charley's Restaurant Bar

The service was slow despite there being very few customers. When our waitress did her job, she was obviously high, and had a difficult time comprehending anything we had to say. Everyone says the potato soup here is awesome, but to me it was a very salty congealed cheese sauce with french fries in it. I found myself sick shortly after well until the next day. Definitely won't be wasting anymore money here.

First and last time at this location. PLEASE FIRE THE COOK BECAUSE THEY CANT COOK! My son ordered shrimp pasta, it was so dry. My steak and chicken tenders was burnt. I talked to the manager and he brought out more over cooked chicken tenders. It was a total waste of money.

Friendly waitress helped the experience to be lovely! We ordered the baked potato soup and it was hot, cheesy, and flavorful! $4.99 a bowl and worth it. The cheeseburger was fabulous and huge, the French dip made on fresh Italian bread and no fat. I was a very happy customer

We had Stacey as our server! Let me just say that everything was wonderful, other than two issues but they were swiftly and happily fixed for us! Our meal was taken care of and she offered us both free pies for the mess up. She’s a single mom and part time nurse with an amazing smile and attitude!! Also the male Manager (wasn’t able to catch his name) came to our table to apologize and let us know they fixed it with once again, an amazing attitude! Our meal was comped but we were not stingy with our tip! Please know that you do not have to be rude to your server or the manager for them to do the right thing! We would have gladly tipped her again and again for the amazing service. We will be back and requesting Stacey again!! Also she handled that crazy rush like a boss!

My husband and I love O'Charlies in Providence Mall, but it's always hit and miss with the services. Last night we went for all you can eat cat fish. We were seated and watched another couple who came in after us get waited on. They received their drinks, rolls, and even placed their order while we had nothing. After more than 15mins I asked for the manager and explained the problem. She was very attentive and jumped on the issue. Within a few mins the waitress appeared and I thought we were good. Got our drinks, rolls, placed our orders. She even brought the food out quite quickly. After that, didn't hear from her again, no drink refills, no can't I get you anything else, etc. When we were ready to leave we flagged her down for carryout containers which she brought and we were out of there. Now that's happened to us a few other times, but that's what I mean about hit and miss. Update, changed rating to 2 stars. This place has really gone down hill. Today a group at another jumped up because of a large roach crawling up the wall. No one from the staff did anything about it or seemed to care. We got eta bread instead of rolls, fries cold, just really poor quality.
