Smoothie King - Mount Laurel

I ordered two smoothies on the app and came there about 10 minutes later. I went to the door to watch the lights inside, but the door was closed. I knocked and called the load and was filled without answer. I waited for about 15 minutes and went without my smoothies because no one showed up. I was still loaded for the smoothies by the app. this is not the first time that this has happened where we have shown and the lighter are on, the front door is locked and no one answers. at least place a sign when they come back when they get out.

Great customer service. He was by himself and took care of all of his customers. Good product too!

First time we went a few days ago, the smoothies were great and made pretty quickly. We came today, pulled up at 12:45. Online it says they open at 8am. We walked up to the door and it was locked with no sign of life inside. There was no note on the door or anything about why they were closed. There was someone else standing outside who was trying to pick up a door dash order, but figured they had to cancel it now since there was literally no way to get in or contact anyone. Really disappointed, and don't see any point in coming back any other time if they have inconsistent and unknown hours

I’m so disappointed in this Smoothie King. I usually never leave bad reviews, but every single time I go to this location there is an issue. They only accept credit cards and not cash, this place is poorly managed. All the other Smoothie King locations are nothing like this one.

They were closed before 730, but everywhere she says they are closing around 8. how late is this place? You just choose a time? you also read the other reviews because it is exactly the same over and over again.
