Bidra med feedbackI rarely write bad reviews. But this needs it. We waited over an hour to get our food. Sushi was not fresh or good. Waitress was clearly overbooked and very stressed. Rarely checked on us. Hostess was irritable and literally running around the restaurant.The waitress tried to explain that they were understaffed but the management needs to know: if you are understaffed, DON?Toverbook! Your staff are STRESSED and CRANKY.
Absolutely amazing sushi!!!! My family and I adore both the food and the service. Everything is fresh and delicious. It’s top-notch!!!! We really enjoy dining here.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant, primarily due to the bartender, Justine. Unfortunately, she was extremely rude and seemed filled with negativity. Her attitude was off-putting, and I left feeling frustrated. Additionally, she forgot several items, even though the place wasn’t busy at all. It's hard to understand why she’s in this line of work, as good customer service is essential. I won’t be returning, mainly because of my encounter with her. I genuinely hope they can find a bartender who is more suited to the role.
We absolutely love Fuji! The food is fantastic, but the true reason we keep returning is the staff! Justine and Stephen consistently deliver quick and friendly service at the bar. We look forward to our Fuji nights!
Pretty darn good sushi spot. Had the tuna martini app...comes in a martini like glass..is not a drink. Like a tuna poke really. Lots of tuna, pretty good. The avocado element to it needs to be incorporated without mushing up in the mix...then it would begreat. Also had the September Roll. That was very good. The final wrap on the roll is in a thin layer of escolar! A verydelicious sashimi fish. Highly recommend this roll.
