You can't go wrong with this place! They use only real fruit and don't add any ice or powdered mixes like Smoothie King. The health benefits are definitely worth the price. My personal favorite is the Garden Blast!

Hello! I ordered a smoothie and avocado toast from your restaurant. Unfortunately, the avocado toast tasted like a mix of spices, and the smoothie had a strong peanut butter flavor that I wasn't expecting. I was really disappointed.

I’m disappointed to be writing this review because I truly love Main Squeeze, which is my favorite smoothie spot in Charleston. However, this is the second consecutive time I’ve placed an online order only to arrive and find that the staff were just goofing off instead of preparing my order. Each time, they seem shocked that they actually have to perform their jobs rather than socializing. When I arrived, they hadn’t even printed my order ticket because they were too caught up in their own conversations. It’s clear that leaving a group of sixteen-year-olds without any proper management leads to a lack of training and accountability. I really hope the management takes this feedback to heart and addresses these issues with their young staff to ensure a better experience for customers in the future.

Some of the best smoothies I’ve ever had!! The counters were lined with fresh fruits and veggies they were using, very clean inside. I got the cocoa loco and it was absolutely amazing!!
