Domino's Pizza - Mount Vernon

Love the rewards. Wish app had a button for extra extra. I love lots of pineapple

I have ordered delivery 2 times over the last week, this store has repeatedly burnt the thin crust I ordered. The other pizzas are always either barely warm by the time I get them, or cold. The wait times are absolutely crazy. This last time the driverwas extremely rude.

More excuses than pizza! I prefer the Broadway location any day! I won’t be spending my money here again, not even for a drink.

The pizza here is absolutely delicious—far superior to most other pizza places in the Mount Vernon area.

First order of the week, and they forgot the Buffalo sauce on my pizza, which was supposed to have chicken and Buffalo. I received a credit for that, but now I can’t even get through to the store to use it; the call just goes to their third-party phone service instead. Naturally, I’m not tipping, especially since I’m already paying more than I anticipated—$19.70 for a sandwich and bread. When I handed the delivery person a $20 bill, he remarked, “Wow, 30 cents!” I said yes, that’s right—30 cents. You guys keep messing up orders, and now I can’t even access my credit because there’s no way to reach the store. If you don’t like your job, maybe you should consider a different one.
