Jersey Mike's Subs - Mount Vernon

Love it!! Friendly staff!! Somehow expensive but totally worth it!!

My husband and I stopped here for lunch today. We were just passing through Mt. Vernon and never have eaten at a Jersey Mike 's. We are incredibly impressed with the customer service. They were short handed, it was 1pm and a little busy, but nothing crazy and the gentlemen kept apologizing for the wait. The young lady that was working the register was very kind and calm, and the man working the grill was also very calm and appeared happy. This was a great, refreshing experience. Oh and we got a free cookie because we were rookies We will definitely come back next time we are in the area.

Love their sandwhiches..great quality meat..have tried many sub shops and JM's so far is the best..

I didn't get the manager's name. But I came in at 12 PM , Friday Oct. 2nd. She was AMAZING!!! All of the employees were amazing too, and it's usually because the manager is incredible and nice. All the employees were happy and kind. My service was quick and efficient. I'm gluten free also, and she was quick to offer cleaning the area for my gluten intolerance. And she was kind about it. I'll be back , thank you guys!
