Hometown Pizza - Mount Washington

Visited for dinner, was served and a menu was given, 3 other couples were fed, given drinks and food, but nobody served us. The servers wouldn't look at us so I could ask who to serve us. We decided after 45 minutes. When we were gone, I thought they should know that no one ever served us. I talked to Nicole, the manager who said she'd take care of our food. She sat with Casey for seven years. Casey offers excellent service. Bibb, the GM came by to apologize and asked if he could get us something and confirmed that our meal would be free. Mostly, customer service is missing these days, but these Hometown Pizza staff know how to provide good customer service!

Pizza was ready for pick-up before time given. We ordered an 8-slice thick crust pepperoni, it both was delicious, and left the 3 of us full. Friendly and fast staff!

Great place to get food for my family, including my picky 2 year old! We got a kids 1 topping with tomatoes (he loves their tomatoes) and a small cheese pizza with a regular lasagna! We got their dessert pizza (seasonal fruit being blueberries) and we could not get enough, will definitely be coming back for more very soon!

Having grown up a dedicated customer of Pizza Inn, I can say that my experience with Hometown Pizzas in general, and specifically this one live up to the standard of the 80s and 90s pizza diner. I not only would recommend this chain and location, but I have already been a loud proponent of theirs. I hope this chain goes regional or national so that everyone can experience good pizza.

The pizza was delicious, the service was exceptional, the beer was refreshing, and I was with great friends. It was perfect!
