Taco Bell - Mountain Grove

I ordered a Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito cheese burrito with extra steak, and Nacho Fries, They sent a dry chicken Grilled Cheese Burrito, I called the store and was told they have new people training. Thats it, no offer to fix or correct it, per the person who answered the phone and when I asked for a manager said they were the manager but wouldnt give her name.

The food was good; but the items were mislabeled items we had that were steak were labeled chicken. And I didnt say anything once before we had ordered the grilled cheese steak burrito yet when it came it was chicken. It was still good so we didnt complain but the store needs to pay better attention.

Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast food places. Food is good but they forgot to send my extra cheese dip that I paid for. It happens.

The room was quiet, but very, very hot. eating was very fresh and fast, and the staff was friendly and pleasant. compared to other taco bells within a radius of 60 miles, however, this is more expensive, especially for box deals.

I've changed my rating from a 2 star to 5. Food, cleanliness, temperature and staff are great. No complaints. Great work!
