Icicles - Mountain View

Beware the vegan options are not vegan. They prepare it in the same pan with everything else, including dairy. As first time visitors we requested them to prepare our icicle on a clean pan or on a pan that was only used for vegan bases. The employees were disrespectful, apparently we should have listed this as allergies . Being vegan is a choice, it is not an allergy.

Always a good experience at Icicles and getting ice cream

My daughter and I are new in the area. She was so happy that you guys had great variety of flavors toppings. She always want rolled ice cream! Thanks for making my little one super happy!!

The “icecles” are indeed different and tastes wonderful. My only complain is the long queues and the wait it takes. Might have been possible to have more than a preparation plate to speed things up.
