Mayview Community Health Center

Staff is rude and always seems irritated especially front desk new ones.

This very sad unprofessional clinic of Mayview is run and oversee by Stanford Hospital system. It is very true that this Mayview clinic in Mountain view is very poor in everything. This is the way that I see this, Mayview has the Doctors and Nurses that Stanford doesn't want. Poor, Poor, Poor.

Ravenswood MayView Community Health Center is a horrible rundown facility with incompetent staff. When I mentioned that their customer experience needed improvement, I was told by a staff member the reason for the rundown facility and poor patient care is that their clinic cares for poor people . I was shocked and changed to another clinic and healthcare provider starting on January 1, 2023. No one should receive such poor healthcare!

This Mountain View clinic, unfortunately the customer service and appointments are horrible! Today I had an appointment and unfortunately I was 4 minutes late from my schedule and they didn't want to see me, and they left me waiting 45 minutes to say that they couldn't see me and it was an emergency appointment, because I'm pregnant and I had vaginal bleeding, and I I had to go to the doctor's appointment. But they didn't want to answer me and rescheduled me almost a month later. I've never seen that in my life! Horrible customer service, they don't care about your situation and don't care about anything. Sad reality and I do not recommend this clinic.

Horrible experience, they cancel your appointments, they seem to be in a bad attitude all the time, my son is 4 months and was supposed to get his vaccinations yesterday, they canceled, gave us an appointment for next month, but what about his vaccinations? They gave us another one for today but turns out the nurse is not prepared to do it on babies, now we have to wait another month, these people don’t care
