Crazy Canard - Mourenx

We were recommended to try the Crazy Duck for Sunday Lunch. Charming staff , for whom nothing was too much trouble served delicious freshly cooked food. An omelette was specially cooked for one of our party, who had requested it even though it wasn't on the menu. Good value wine complemented the food, and the deserts were fantastic . Do try it!!!!

THis place was busy! Locals filled the place and it didn't disappoint. They have specials of the day and a limited permanent menu, which suits just fine. The rillette was fantastic, as was the Maigret du Canard. The fries were hand cut and the veggie salad very fresh. To top it off, the sundae was to die for. All in all, a very good meal for an even more reasonable price. THey ran out of a couple things, so good to get there early. Highly, highly recommend.

This restaurant is à little bit noisy, but for a 13€ menu incluant wind and coffee. Don't hésitate. Homemade desert and crispy french fries...and if you want to speak english. To est good fond with smiling service, you have to do a stop here..
