Catawba Coffee Co. - Mt Holly

This coffee shop is my go to whether it be to have a little meeting or just to hang out and work alone. The coffee is always fantastic and the employees make anything I ask for. It’s always a friendly atmosphere and I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

What a wonderful place to spend a day or just hang out for a bit to work or socialize. The owners and staff truly make you feel like family. The coffee, goodies, and the feeling of being so welcomed is above and beyond what anyone would expect. 5 Stars for sure.

I LOVE this coffee place so much. Extremely comfortable and cozy environment. I’ve tried almost all of their specialty drinks and they’re all very flavorful and amazing. The drink I got today (which I drank a little bit of before I took a photo) was a PB Mocha Frappe. Very delicious. I think my favorite thing to say about this place is definitely how accurate the descriptions of the drinks are. In every specialty drink I’ve tried, I could taste every flavor they listed on the menu without one being too overpowering. The employees really know what they’re doing. Would also say very reasonable price for the drinks. $4.25 for a very enjoyable and high quality coffee is absolutely worth it to me. Would recommend their cookies when they have them as well! Take a seat and finish some work, too, this place is perfect for just getting together with friends or studying for an exam.

The service was amazing and the people were very very friendly. I ordered a cinnamon bun latte with oatmilk and i ordered it extra sweet (which was extra, important later). when i got it it tasted bitter like regular coffee. and i was too shy to ask for it to be sweeter and possibly be charged more. so i added 5 packets of their sugar and it made it 20% better. My boyfriend got a cappuccino and said it tasted like woodchips. such an obscure thing to taste like. but it is what it is.

Always such an amazing experience every morning. The ladies always take care of us and know exactly what we want. This morning I got some thing a little different and it’s by far the best coffee I’ve ever had in my life!!!
