Very fast service, reasonable prices, and fantastic Thai cuisine!

We ordered food to go from Bhan Tai, Mount Laurel. The restaurant was very clean, the staff very professional, greeted us the minute we walked in the door and our food was waiting for us. The price was on the higher end for Tai food. We received everything we ordered. The food presentation looked delicious. The taste was AMAZING. I 've had Tai before and I love it. Bhan Tai 's products taste fresh. So the saying goes, you get what you pay for. It was well worth the price and some. We will definitely be back.

Horrible customer service. There was an issue with my order and whoever I spoke to on the phone was impolite when I was trying to explain the issue and didn’t do anything to help. There 's nothing we can do, okay bye , is what I was told. Edit: The passive-aggressive tone in the Owner 's reply proves my exact point about the lack of polite customer service. No apology, just a condescending undertone. 2nd Edit: The incident in the owner 's reply is unrelated to me. My order didn 't consist of anything that was just named in their response. I have no idea what they 're talking about. Nonetheless, whoever it is that 's continuously responding to my review is even further validating my point about the lack of customer service skills. There 's a better way to address customers. Please think twice about visiting this establishment if you value friendly customer service.
