Palate Restaurant - Mudgee

We showed up at 20:15 (we had a booking at 20:30 a.m.) and they told us that the kitchen was closed.

In any case a restaurant that should not miss a visit in the opposite.

Comfortable location (not far from the city center.) good food (have scallops filled with sparing, lammage and huh in speck / filled with cheese). the waitress was very polite and attentive. the chair I was sitting on was a bit gross. maybe they need to check out all the chairs are stable. will recommend to others who want to visit mudgee in the future to eat here.

A great choice of local wines and a lovely meal. The friendly staff made it an very enjoyable evening.

The beef Wellington and the pork belly were devine. First time we have tried bourbon mash (it was great).
