I understand that the kitchen may be busy but we were waiting over 1 1/2 hours for our food to come and when we received it the food was cold and over cooked. A lot of food was not available and there wasn't much on the menu to start with. Wouldn't recommend.

I decided to give Redbank another try after hearing that there is a new chef in house. There were 5 of us & we were not disappointed. The salt & pepper squid was outstanding, tender tasty. The snapper fillets were great, a very good size serve but the hero was the 350g sirlion, it was cooked to perfection melt in the mouth tender. A good sign was while we were there their fresh seafood was delivered from Devines seafood in Mudgee. This was good to see because one of the last chefs changed to another supplier & the result was terrible.This is a great location & deserves food of this quality, we will be back soon.

I've heard negative comments about the Club food but from my experience and I've eaten there weekly for about 2 months. The specials vary and mostly are excellent. What I like is the meals have flavour. The Sourdough starter is a meal in itself and the sharing desserts like the rocky road pizza or Deconstructed Snickers are to die for. I go to a Restaurant to eat not be a critic. Keep up the good work and yes the staff are great!

I has the Chicken Cesar Salad and it was horrible. The chicken was burnt and the lettuce was soggy. But others on my table had nice meals.
