I grabbed a pretzel bites meal after shopping yesterday and I kid you not every single pretzel had grey beard hairs baked into them ! LMAO like what . I seen the dude who they belonged to but I didn’t stop to see if he had a beard net on ? probably should have

We got 2 pretzel bite meal. The pretzels were really good. The drinks a different story. One of the cups had a squashed bug inside it !! And a wing off the bug was in the ice !! Yuck

My cheese spilled while in the bag making it hard to eat. Pretzels were too hot as well

Talk about fresh baked goodness. Pretzels are always fresh and ginormous. You get a good deal of pretzel for the money that you can easily share. Sauces are extra at .69 and often you need two nacho cheese for one pretzel but still with it. The cinnamon bites are also a hit.

Horrible to the extreme! I ordered $40 worth of food and all of the pretzel sandwiches were over half raw. I called the store and the employee on the phone told me no manager was in store. She supposedly took my name and phone number so she could have manager call to resolve the issue. I received no call nothing at all.
