Fazoli's - Muncie

I ordered curbside pickup. They had my order ready so fast! Everything was perfect! I got the strawberry Italian lemon ice drink. It's such a pretty drink and so yummy! Very satisfied!

We had dinner tonight at Fazoli and I had the chicken bacon Ranch Salat, which was bigger, but then I expected quite delicious.. I had to take the rest home. My big daughter had the chicken broccoli Alfredo and a side salad and it was WAY MORE then she could eat and she is an adult.plus we had the wonderful bread sticks. She also brought her dinner home. For the price Fazolis the place to eat.

Fast for Italian. Haven’t been here in over 15 years since moved away. Haha! Was busy for a Friday night. Used the self order kiosk which was easy to use. The downside to that you don’t get your cups for drinks while waiting on your food to get to the table. I ordered the baked sampler with lasagna, spaghetti with meatballs (it only comes with one meatball), and fettuccine Alfredo. I enjoyed the lasagna and Alfredo but the spaghetti sauce was a little bland for me. Ordered a large side of meat sauce and Alfredo sauce for the breadsticks. I used the meat sauce on the spaghetti since I like my spaghetti saucy. Bread sticks were warm and garlic butter like I remembered them. It was my favorite part of the meal. Staff was nice that brought our food and friendly. Definitely a family place since I saw several families. But also great for high school and college kids to hang out and eat.

I was very surprised of the quality of the food. It was so good. At first arrival I was ready to leave after several minutes when employees would not take notice that I was waiting to be helped. Finally after a line had formed a employee finally said she would help me shortly. I had noticed when I went to seat myself several tables were dirty and had dishes on them. Over all I'm glad I had stayed. The food was good for my very first visit ever. At this point I do plan to revisit and hopefully experience a better time.

Stopped adding cheese to entrees. No asking g if we want more bread sticks. Service is quick but why do I need to tip for no service. Your parking lot and smikers trays are filthy nasty. Your bathrooms have needed a good cleaning g for 6 months. Makes me scared to eat there if the bathrooms are this dirty. Look at how grimy the doors to the bathrooms are because people with dirty hands touched them. This has been this way 6 months. Almost looks like a new paint color. Filthy hand touch black. Ewwwww. Can you use some bleach and clean the equally nasty pee smelling bathrooms and floors. When your employees wash their hands before touching food products they are touching this filth. Are you still hungry or do you want to puke?
