The service was quite slow, and I was disappointed with the Brussels sprouts, as they were smothered in a sweet sauce and not crispy as indicated on the menu. Despite this, the server still charged me for them.

Last night, I had a disappointing meal with a friend. Afterward, I decided to call the manager to express my concerns. Unfortunately, the manager was defensive and quite argumentative about the food.

This restaurant tends to fluctuate in quality. There are days when the staff, both servers and chefs, deliver a five-star experience, while on other days it feels like there’s an entirely new team in training. I really wish there could be more consistency in the service. Overall, I do enjoy dining at this location.

The food was fantastic, and the service was even better! Trevor promptly brought out the cheese cookies and took our drink orders. What impressed me the most during dinner was how our drinks and cookies were refilled before we finished them—this happened about five or six times! We waited about half an hour for a table, but it was definitely worth it. I don’t know Trevor personally, but if he continues to provide such excellent service, he deserves to be recognized.
