Pizza Hut - Mundelein

I have always loved Pizza Hut . Since moving out to this part of woods, my Pizza Hut orders have dropped to 1/10.Thanks to this location(as this is the only option close by)This place gets your pizza done IF it’s not crowded.If it’s crowded please forget your order for hours.On multiple occasions I have placed a future order and it has never been ready on time or any time close.Always had to come in then only they would put the order in queue. I don’t understand then what is the use of future order.If you place an order for immediate pickup .. they would say 15 minutes but that is in case they have no orders.This place needs serious help in terms of management and software to help manage orders the current one is not working out and this location is only tarnishing Pizza Hut brand reputation.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE This location is an embarrassment to the Pizza Hut corporation! So I ordered online and order was submitted at 4:48pm, I picked the pickup time for 5:30pm.I arrived at 5:30pm and was told it would be another 20-25mins. What? I was told there was 13 orders ahead of me, as I looked around the lobby there was about 5 people waiting, can you believe this most of the people waiting for their orders, their orders were in the warming oven at the front. Does anyone working here know what their doing…..? It is now 6pm and I’m still sitting here and I see a Pizza and Wing box sitting in the warming oven….so I ask Bandanna Boy, what order was sitting in the warming oven, and surprise it was mine. So I sat there for 30mins, who knows how long it sat in there, hopefully not as long as I sat here waiting.To the employees, one employee stood around and I’m not even sure what he did, maybe the Manager, one employee made pizzas and one cut the pizza and boxed them.Now to my order which is another FAIL, extra green peppers means EXTRA, not 10 little pieces on a large pizza, there was hardly ANY toppings on this pizza to begin with.I’ve ordered from the Round Lake Beach Pizza Hut without any issues.Take a look at the Pictures, Pictures don’t lie.I love Pizza Hut, maybe order from this location at an off hour…..maybe then they can do it with success.

Ordered pizzas the first time, and it was over 2 hours late from delivery. Couldn't reach the store to even confirm anything. Second time I ordered, they never showed up. I waited 3 hours and was on the phone with customer service before I found out they just quietly refunded my money. I was expecting pizza. Now im hungry and everything is closed. This place should not offer delivery if it can't support it. Zero stars. Everyone out pizzas this bum shed

Bad Quality and bad taste also. Food was so cold and it was curb side and no one came and went inside and picked up. Never in life try Pizza Hut .??

Would give 0 stars if I could. Breadsticks were just a large piece of overcooked bread. Pizza had some rubber band in it (pictures below). Tried calling the restaurant several times to resolve but they don’t answer. DON’T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!
