My sons mom is in the hospital and my son tried to call in his order and told the lady that I was on my way to pick it up. She wouldn’t take my sons order over the phone! I was livid!I walked in and asked her why she would take my sons order on the phone. Her responses was “Well sometimes they (customers) don’t pick up their order.” To top it off she doesn’t speak English. She took a look at me and asked if I speak Spanish as if it wasn’t obvious.She was not even a bit apologetic!
Subway was closed and it says online and in person it opens at 8am. And this lady you see here on the second picture is horrible! She's super rude is always on her phone and she never washes her hands before making sandwiches!! I have to tell her to wash her hands every time I'm here before she makes my sandwich!! I'll make the extra 5 minutes drive to the other subway down the street.
Avoid this place. As many other stated, rude employees who wouldn't even acknowledge us but continued doing her own stuff. I ordered my usual and caught her putting less meat. After i told her how many pieces were supposed to go on my sandwich, she asked me if I wanted that many. Once I told her that I knew my sandwich very well, she backed off and put the right amount. Don't waste your money on this dump.
Wouldn't honor subway coupon so I didn't honor this location, walked out without food.
Never coming back to this Subway, terrible service, owner INDIAN GRANDPA) I ordered a footlong white bread ham, same bread, same meat... asked him to wrap it separate, he was charging me two 6 instead of footlong..more expensive that way...also I am sure they put less meat than they suposse to..
