I come here on my break sometimes, reason why I love here is lovely staff Who always work in the afternoon having nice smile and very welcoming to customers! I can recommend if you want to have coffee with nice couch, when you just wanna relax yourself, even chat with friends, I still use here. So clean and nice air conditioning. They have alcohol and buffet, haven't tried buffet I have meals at my work but it's only $15 and have pancakes too! It's my favourite place in city:

A very clean and relaxed business atmosphere. An escape from the hustle and bustle of the cbd. And very tasty food that is presented very well.

I am a frequent customer of Gossips by Clarion due to their exceptional coffee. Without hesitation, every visit I treat myself to a triplle shot vanilla latte! Needless to say the atmosphere is delightful and very classy, all expected from a 4.5 star hotel/restaurant. Indulge yourself in their delicious club sandwiche, you'll thank me later! Great customer service, delicious food/coffee and reasonably priced! You'd be crazy not to make this place your next pit stop in the heart of sunny Townsville :

What a fantastic spot for unwinding and holding a business meeting in a quiet corner. The coffee is excellent, the service outstanding, and the menu is impressive with great prices. It's truly a hidden gem in Townsville!
