Poor customer service, rude young girl with glasses on Saturday morning 1/4/23, who literally threw the plate on the table walked off. I just asked politely to have my grand daughters baby chino in a crockery cup which is specifically what I asked for when I ordered. I won’t be going here again. This staff member has a very poor attitude needs to learn that customer service in a coffee shop is imperative. Service: Dine in

Easter Saturday visit, and it was busy as expected. My food order was mislaid in the process, but I'm giving 5 stars as the young lady (long dark hair) who handled the situation did perfectly! I accept that mistakes do happen from time to time, and she owned up to the error, apologised sincerely, and offered me two different options to resolve it. Service: Dine in

Best coffee. Would like to suggest customers stand away from serving area. Having someone lean over your coffee talking to staff doesn't seem that hygienic. Service: Dine in

Ordered through Uber eats. Absolutely abysmal service and food, ordered 2 of the kids waffles and got 1 coffee and caramel waffles instead, ordered the pancakes and they were terrible quality, the cream was off, sour and lumpy. Tried to call at least 6 times to no answer, I am sure they are better in person but this has left me never wanting to try them again in the future.

Paid $16 for an açai bowl (emphasise the bowl) on Uber eats for it to end up coming in a cup, watery and bland. Looked nothing like the picture posted on their menu. Was a ridiculous price compared to the açai bowls at the strand which are much cheaper and look identical to the picture on the menu. Can’t believe this lol definitely not worth it.
