Zel's Roast Beef - munstet

I don't know what the hell was wrong with my beef sandwich this time around but it was pale, mushy, with no flavor. To be honest, there were a few times the food was underwhelming. I would hate to have to go to another Zels to get my food.Edit Food has gotten better but I don't really eat zelles anymore because their prices have gotten outta control. Over 10 dollars for a milkshake? Their orders don't come with fries anymore, that's extra. A chili cheese fry is 10 freaking dollars! I order from doordash alot so I decided to go pick up the food. It was still stupid expensive. Love the food but I gotta hang back until a price drop.

Lady taking orders was friendly, food was Excellent as usual, had to come from Cleveland, Ohio to get the BEST sandwiches!!

The food was not the same and the order was alll messed up, mine, and others. Greasy too.... Not satisfied this time. Good greeter tho..

Good food but their portions are smaller and their prices went up.......Bring back the hand cut
