Chick-fil-a - Murfreesboro

I wanted to get my kids out for a fun afternoon and this place has an indoor playground for the kids. Izzy had taken my order with a great attitude. While my children play, my little boy tried to escape, and another employee Patricia saw the fear in my eyes and got his attention and directed him directly to me. This is the best service I had in the state of TN. Thanks to Izzy and Patricia both of you deserve recognition for your hard work and dedication to customer service.

This place always sleeps! They're moving inside and out. The food is always hot. I usually order through the app and pick up on the drive thru or inside, but you can order in the restaurant with the app and have delivered it to your table. The only problem I've ever had was that an article was missing and they immediately fixed it without question. I also like the children getting a book in the children's meal. There is an indoor children's playground that is particularly good on these evil days outside (although it can be quite loud when you sit in the room with the children's doses recommend to see from outside the play area at a nearby table when you are sensitive to noise). We saw the Chick Fil A Cow a few times and my child loves it. But the cow is aware of the children who are not excited to see them and keep their distance.

Love it! Found to go inside was faster for me as I don't know the menu. The staff was pleasant and moved things. Come back soon.

There is something to be said about about a fast food restaurant that doesn't act like a fast food restaurant. Their customer service is top notch compared to any restaurant. Read you can definitely tell training and inconsistency and kindness are part of the daily routine. Food is always prepared excellent. This particular location for a long time was difficult to get in-and-out of but they remodeled and revamped their entire drive-through system and I have to say it is incredible. The volume of people that they push through and a speedy level with the quality and service level is truly impressive.

Wow the standard in fast food service. When a fast food restaurant is always busy and there’s a line, there is generally a reason. I picked up an order and saw how hard the staff worked to service their customers and the manager. Also the weather was raining and they escorted the elderly couple with an umbrella to their vehicle and make sure they get out of the parking lot. Who does that, Chick-fil-A does it.
