Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Murfreesboro

I never receive what I order at this DQ location. We've visited twice, and both times we were given the wrong items. The first visit, I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, but they provided us with fried chicken tenders instead. On the second visit, we ordered three medium cones, but they gave us all small ones. It's frustrating and a waste of our time.

Every time I visit this place, the staff is friendly, but the prices are simply too high, and the quality of the food doesn't justify the cost. We might go to DQ twice a year, and each time, I have the same feeling. I truly wish it were like it used to be. In the past, we would bring the whole little league team here to celebrate after a game. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to do that in years. It seems like the corporation, being tied to the stock market, feels the need to charge too much and cut corners on product quality.

It was absolutely perfect. I'm pushing Walmart all day and wanted some hot dishes because all Walmart deli people called. The frits were fresh from the fat. I even had a chance to talk to the manager. He's a great guy.

I ordered my food and they made sure my puppy supplies a puppy food. We just saved them from the pound. She was nervous and scared. They helped calm my layla and lived the treat. Not only did they fill my order, but helped my four child. Thank you.

Literal 5 stars!!! Food was amazing! Fresh and hot! Gravy was made prefect. The fries were also fresh. This place deserves big business. We'll be back soon! Thank you.
