You must try the Fat Guy Slammer, which is a delicious sandwich packed with pulled pork, brisket, and smoked sausage—it's simply incredible. This place is a haven for meat lovers! The chicken and collard greens are also outstanding; honestly, everything is delicious! I really appreciate being able to quickly grab some smoked meats and fresh vegetables for lunch. Depending on the day, you might also find smoked meatloaf, pork chops, loaded baked potatoes, or fish on the menu. It’s all really good!

The pork is incredibly juicy, the sausage is perfectly spiced, and I swear they must have borrowed my grandma's greens recipe! The cornbread and mac and cheese are spot on as well. I also had the banana pudding, which was delicious even without the bananas. I really wish I lived next door!

Fat Guy’s BBQ consistently delivers great food, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. My top picks there are the ribs and brisket—both are fantastic! The ribs are especially delicious—SOOOOOOOOO YUMMY! I’m really glad someone recommended this place to me, as it has completely satisfied my BBQ cravings!

My wife and I visited this restaurant for breakfast yesterday morning, and I must say, it's veteran-owned and operated. Ray and his team were incredibly friendly and welcoming! My wife ordered the breakfast tacos while I opted for a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. It was one of the best breakfasts we've had in a long time! I enjoyed it so much that I took my dad back this morning. Just like the day before, the food was fantastic! You might not expect to have an amazing meal and great conversation at a gas station, but trust me, you should give this place a try! As Ray, the owner, puts it, "It's not a gas station that sells BBQ; we are a BBQ restaurant that happens to sell gas." I’ve definitely found my new favorite spot for breakfast!

While I'd love to try something different next time I'm in the area, this dish was so delicious that I might end up ordering it again. I noticed they also offer a meat and two vegetables plate, meats by the pound, and sandwiches, all featured on a nicely-sized menu. Their sign inside reads, "Come in as a customer, leave as a friend." That truly captures the essence of this place in one sentence. Give it a try; I'm confident you'll enjoy it!
