Bidra med feedbackI placed an online order which told me my food would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes later, to be told not only did they not have my order ready, they were out of food, I could NOT get anything, I needed to cancel my order. This was over anhour before they close. What 's the point of saying open if you aren 't going to provide food up to the aforementioned closingtime completely unacceptable and now I have to go thru a long complicated case, and process to get my order cancelled orrefunded because you chose not to provide me the food I ordered!
Drive thru order around 12:45p Saturday 11/19/22.Original recipe 2 piece dark was Sooooo Greasy the box was dripping with oil. The meat wasn’t even cooked thru. If I had not been in a hurry I would’ve returned to complain. Horrible food that day.
Rude lady (supposedly manager) screamed at my mom because they apparently ignored where she ordered twice and then got mad when she had a 2 minute phone call with a client. I had a full stars rating from 2 years ago...
I waited for over ten minutes to be served, only to be told I should have said hello. For complaining, I was given old greasy fries and dried-out tenders. I returned the order and asked for a refund or a freshly prepared order. After adding to my wait time, the manager informed me sarcastically she was sorry I wasn't accommodated.
I wish I could leave zero stars. Sold my daughter hard disgusting chicken strips then going to ask me what’s wrong with it? She wouldn’t eat that! No one should be served anything like what we got. The health department obviously needs to pay a visit. No apologies no offer to cook fresh. Nothing but stank attitude and old dried up what I think was food! Buyer beware.
