Panda Express - Murfreesboro

That was like other Panda expresses I ate. It was cleaner and more open than others, but the food was the same. Ok for fast Asian cuisine.

Very disappointed in this place. Tables were dirty, bejing beef was cold, and one of my crab ragoon was burnt. Crab ragoon tasted like cardboard. Service was good, and they were nice.

My daughters love panda, and we eat here nearly weekly. It’s become very uncommon to find a clean table, regardless of if they are busy or slow, the dining room is consistently neglected. They are also consistently out of various necessities like forks or chopsticks. Soy sauce. Fortune cookies. Most recently I ordered multiple drinks and when I asked for lids they stated they were completely out would have been nice to know when I ordered my drinks. Still giving them 2 stars because my daughters love coming here despite the chaos.

Worst service. They couldn’t care any less about the customers. They were out of a lot of stuff, leaving a line to wait. I had already paid and they left me waiting saying my order wasn’t ready? When I said that it was he said I was waiting on a chicken to get done, but I didn’t order that chicken so it was waiting for no reason. All of the employees in there were cutting up in the kitchen on their phones messing around leaving the customers waiting at the line. Then they were out of ice and half of their sodas were out… Won’t be back. I would advise taking service to Ginger Thai Bistro right behind them. Much better customer service and food. Not usually the one to leave these reviews but when they act like they don’t even care it’s hard not to…

Went to restaurant about 8:30 on a Friday night. They were VERY busy so I thought the food would be great. However they were out of many items and many entrees looked over cooked and dried out so I left and went to a restaurant across the street that was also busy but food was great and plentiful.
