Dunkin' - Murphy

My order has been completed, and my food and drinks are waiting at the counter. They really need to improve their service.

I go here all the time. Usually use the app and order ahead to avoid waiting. 2nd time today in a week they left my completed order behind the counter out of reach. Sat there 20 minutes for nothing watching my food get cold and my drink melt before they decide to put my order in the black pickup box where I could grab it. I hate leaving negative reviews and I understand things happen but it seems like this is becoming a habit for them. Will probably go back and give it another chance.

The workers know me by name and are always happy to help! Love this place!

Only used the drive through for coffee. They were fast and friendly.

I’m quite disappointed with this Dunkin’ location. They always seem to be out of something! As for the caramel iced latte, they definitely need to take notes from the Blue Ridge store. They make it perfectly over there!
